Initiator and Sponsor of the first of it's kind legislation in the United States, "Billy's Bill" for SunSafety, which granted children the use of hats and sunscreen on California school campuses.  SB 310 and SB 1632.  Our hopes are to continue the spread of this important issue across the country.  By assisting other states in bringing about legislative change we can insure the protection of all children in the United States.
