is the most common cancer among people 25 to 29 years

is now the most common cancer in young women aged 25-29,
and second only to breast cancer in women aged 30-34. |

then 80% of skin cancer deaths are from melanoma.

Melanoma
is the fifth most common cancer in men and the sixth

Melanoma
discovered in Stage III-Lymph Node involvement has a

bones, brain, lung, etc) the 5 year survival rate is

Sunbathers
have a two-fold increase in melanoma risk. |

average person’s chances of being diagnosed with melanoma
in their lifetime are: 1 in 52 for men; 1 in 77 for
women. |

However,
if you live in a “sunbelt state”, such as California,
Florida, Texas, etc. your chances increase to:
1 in 45 people. |

One
person dies from melanoma in the United States every
